actually i've been curious, why hasn't KSU made any changes..i mean being with NIKE i would have thought they would break out some badass uniforms every once in a while.

i'm serious...is it because most people just want to keep it "tradiontial" or what? I just thought that being a nike school KSU would have a few more options than just the original uniform. KU has been pushing to get the jayhawk back on the helmet and looks like it has finally paid off.

100% Snyder's decision.  He chooses to keep the old style Dallas Cowboys uniforms.  There have been plenty of opportunities to update/upgrade/elites etc.  Snyder has said no.

During Prince era, Ron brought on a different design with purple pants.  When Snyder came back, he brought with him the old uniforms again.

thanks...i really think KSU could have some some pretty sweet uniforms with the purple black combo. i think a matte purple helmet with a black powercat on it would look pretty sweet.

Yes we have felt the same.  The title of this thread used to be FYBS New Uniforms Master Thread.  We've learned to accept.

We did get "Family" arm bands for Fiesta Bowl which was a treat.

I like them.   The 41 hawk is interesting because the fanbase has been asking for it for a few years.  It's nice to see an athletic department listen to their fans and take a chance.   

The normal blue is pretty bad though, and ku needs to get rid of trajan numbers.

yeah, i think with the black helmet they shoulda done some sort of a "ghost" look with the jayhawk, sorta like what boise st. did.

The tarheel blue is ruined by the helmet. The regular blue with red helmet would be really cool if it didn't have the Simpson's hawk on it. And black is just weird for KU.

The helmets would look better if they either had the player numbers or the old 'KU'. The logo is just a tad much for my taste

The day we get new uniforms will be a day when LHC Bill Snyder is not the coach of K-State.  The uniforms will be a nice silver lining to that tragic state of Cats football.
