i can't believe apple got rid of Front Row for OS X Lion

it was the most simple way to enjoy movies / music from across the room with my 24" iMac and Apple Media Remote.

I guess i'll try Plex.....anybody tried it?

yes but Apple changed the way your iTunes library is accessed with iTunes 10.4, so the Front Row hack cannot access your iTunes library.
Plex is pretty awesome so far though, must admit.
