lol, I knew the kat pak head was proper masking procedure but I posted from my phone so yeah it didn't happen. The blob is polarized though for fishing.

So the state of ks updated their fishing atlas to google maps and it is amazing.

If you guys are ever looking to get out of town, my grandparents have a lot of unused property in the flint hills right now. Grandma is in a home now and tells me all the time to take advantage of their land. Lots of great stalked ponds, creeks, and hunting land over there. I pulled in a 15 lb cat fish out of the creek and one out of her pond one time.

absolutely, was telling ben ji im taking the kids somewhere this weekend and was looking for some farm ponds to hit up

I would need to start off by reaching out to my grandmother and getting her blessing first (which she will) and then I'll need to make sure no one will be on the land during that time. I have some crazy ass cousins who don't listen sometimes and just show up and go crazy (hunting and fishing). It's just south of Eskridge, Kansas about 10 miles. I don't know if this weekend would work, but if you gave me a date with at least two weeks in advance, it should work.

Also, since my grandparents don't live there anymore, I don't know how much they're cutting down by the ponds, so I'd need to get with my dad and mow a path for you. But we're always willing to do this for friends and family. Especially when they're bring their kids.

Took the pup fishing with me today, she f'ng loves it.

She will be about 100ft away sniffing some bushes when she hears the reel start screaming and SPRINTS back to me. Just loses it in excitement when the fish jumps out of the water.

Then when i get the fish out of the water she pretends like she wants to eat it until you put it in her face and she is all like "SNIFF SNIFF eh, never mind, I'm gonna go sniff that bush instead"

Got the pup in the car and am on my way to do a little day trip fishing at a group of public access farm ponds north of perry lake.

I will be live blogging this adventure so all my buds here on gE can share in what will surely be an amazing day of fishing.
