The dude is 5'6".  It took Darren Sproles about a week, maybe two, before he was the first skill player in the Snyder era to have his redshirt pulled.  Demarcus Robinson has had a year.  He's just not what we hoped for.

Sproles only played in six games during his frosh year.  And it's newsworthy because DRob is a 4 star recruit.  If you haven't been paying attention, we don't have many of those on the team.  We're sorta lucky (I guess) because we seem like we're fine at RB without him but saying a dude isn't good after his redshirt season (considering the stud RBs we had on the field) is pretty rough ridin' Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!).

Sproles broke his collarbone his freshman year.  And Sproles wasn't a four star recruit coming in even though he had shattered all kinds of records in HS.  And he was second string behind Josh Scobey who was very similar to Daniel Thomas.

I was pulling for Demarcus.  He sounds like a great kid. And I don't think anyone is saying he sucks, but if he is "Darren Sproles good" he would not be leaving.  And these coaches know what "Darren Sproles good" is.  I wish him well.

Would you like to dig up a list of badass skills guys that Snyder did redshirt over the years?  Cause it's pretty much everybody not named Darren Sproles.

Can you list some?  The only badasses I can think of came from a JUCO and didn't redshirt.

I don't care if Rivals gave Demarcus six stars.  If the coaches have seen him for a full year and still say he isn't as good as John Hubert then he needs to move on for his own good.

Roberson redshirted.  And so did every skill player before Sproles.  That's a ton of great players.  I'm done trying to talk sense to a one-trick Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!).

I trust LHOFHCBS, and if he thinks that a 4.4 running little ball of muscle is not good enough for the Q@TZ then I believe him.

If he truly is 5'-6" sounds like all things point to him being a wide receiver.  seems like we always have one of those.

Welcome, visitors. :fatty:

Starting around two months ago, I've started checking out gopowercat.com about once a day by possibly using a password that the person who has the account doesn't even know I have. That place is a little worse than I originally expected. Leading the way is that the ayo saba guy. Just horrible. Breaking down Robinson film and noting how he didn't show the same "illusiveness" in the spring game. Dear lord.

I remember seeing sproles first snap;  was like a 20 yard gain in classic sproles slashing style.   Everyone went quiet then was like, Who the eff was that?!?!    :horrorsurprise:   :emawkid:

back when he was #32 -

Regardless, even though I never saw Robinson show anything remotely similar or as good as sproles - losing anyone that's athletic sucks.

Using Sproles as the standard by which we measure every potential usable running back seems like something a Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) might do.
