So I'm at work and this dude comes up to me for some chit-chat.  The following conversation ensues:

Dude: Hey, uh, so last night I was playing video games and you know susan's kids?  Well I got her 8 year old piss drunk last night, LOL (literal usage here)...

Nicname:  LOL (uneasy and nervous), how did you do that?

Dude:  I put a shot of everclear in a kid cup and filled the rest with gatorade and then had him and his little brother race to drink it down, (he's really lolling now), little bastard downs it.

Nicname:  Oh man, everclear, what did he do? get tired?

Dude: About 10 minutes later he comes in and is wobbling around saying "I'm dizzy,"  then he threw up a little later (still LOLling)

Nicname: Oh, man...  (I walk away)

Dude and Susan (not real name) live together, I think they are engaged.  Kids are hers from previous marriage or relationship.  They both work with me.  I don't know if you remember where I work Trim but this kind of thing kind of goes with the territory in a place like this.  

Oh yeah, one last thing.  They are juggalos.

Doesn't sound like this particular incident could be dealt with much with nicname remaining anonymous, as he was the only person given the info, but certainly the authorities could be alerted to be on the lookout for juggalo-ish parenting going on.

And the kids will be fine once they're removed from the instant situation and eventually enrolled in BBBS.

Ask "Susan" questions about the incident that progressively reveal more details. Like "Have you noticed your kids ever acting strange? Like after they hang out with (insert douchebag's name here)? Like they throw up? And their breath smells like alcohol?" If she answers yes to them, then let her know what you've been told.

I have no sympathy for anyone who would mistreat a child. I would call it in right away without any proof, but if the mom somehow gets blamed and the kids end up without any parent, then they're worse off than before (IMO). Tough situation.
