one of my first flights as a youngster was nonstop MCI-SFO on Midwest Express! the chocolate chip cookie and also landing on that runway thing that juts out into the water were highlights for young mocat

Thanks all. Confirms what I'm finding the CLT seems pretty meh.

If it isn’t too late, I really enjoyed Mert’s Heart and Soul when I was there like 7 years ago.

7's Las Vegas review:

Bellagio - stayed here and it was nothing special and probably would not recommend staying there. We ate dinner at prime, the steakhouse, and it was pretty good.

Park mgm - I really enjoyed the feel of this place, would def stay there. Had an excellent dinner at la la noodle, maybe the best Chinese I've ever tasted(?!). I wanted to try eataly but was out voted.

Nyny - prob makes me a rube but I really enjoy the big apple experience here

Excalibur - blows

Tropicana - this place was absolutely dead but we found a hot blackjack table. 2/7 stars

Mgm grand - standard crap, almost forgot we even stopped by this place

Cosmopolitan - not my vibe at all, couldn't get out of that place fast enough. Feels like an insta influencer manifested as a building.

Linq - nothing memorable about the casino but the promenade is pretty fun.

Harrahs - standard casino place

Freemont st - this is my jam. The Circa sportsbook is rough ridin' insane. Circa overall is pretty cool, but the gogo dancers and gogo dealers were a little weird. A group of 5 of us hit a hot blackjack variation table at the plaza called "world's most liberal 21" and the 5 of us left probably 15k up collectively and the dealer probably had another 1k in tips. Really great end to the weekend.

Anyway I had a good time.

My only nyny experience is a hot blackjack run on our walk back to Mandalay so it's a okay in my book.

Cosmo is my jam though. Best place on the strip food and hotel wise. Never really gambled there.

This may give indy as one of the most boring places to visit in the US. Seems to be liveable but woof nothing great attraction or food wise.  Do have a lot of breweries

heading to jackson hole on tuesday for a TLB vision quest with my wife. guided tour of yellowstone.  doing the tetons on our own.  and going to a rodeo yeehaw! dipping out of work at about 3 or so on tuesday and going to try to make it to cheyenne.

flights were stupid expensive so driving it is.  actually kind of looking forward to the driving part.

Y'all are gE'ing about NYNY right? When they had an ESPN Zone there it was aight, even though I saw K-State get absolutely bombed by Syracuse in the insight bowl there, but NY Experience?

Have either of you been there before and after they built T-Mobile Arena? I'd imagine they have upgraded since that arena was built? :dunno:

Then I wouldn't recommend the rides on their space needle thing. I like the NYNY rollercoaster because you can get on it in five minutes.

They have the worst book and overall don't like the feel of the place but I had a big win so all is forgiven.

I can't imagine staying there

The older I get the more I enjoy freemont street. Pretty soon I will be staying down there and taking day trips to the strip.
