You are a pretty big prick to bring on smelly food.

I freak out even about toppings on a cold sub being smelly if I have to bring on food at all.

On this topic some lady (window) brought on her dog once and it was a pretty big dog and kind of huddled at her feet next to my wife (middle seat) and I (aisle) and I wanted to jettison either the person or the dog out the emergency exit.

Drive if you need to bring some animal with you.

Don't be a monster. What if she or the dog has a crippling fear of driving?

This also applies to lap infants. Buy a ticket for that thing.

I may have been a prick to bring the bbq but I didn't have time to eat it in the terminal and it was worth it. (Pretty good for an airport!)

I have never once eaten anything other than snacks on a plane or even considered eating a full meal/entreee. Is it that hard to scarf down a sandwich before you board?

I would pet the crap out of a dog on a long flight. If the lady was a bitch and didn't let me pet her dog, i'd want them off too though.

I eat on planes and I don't give a eff who cares. Who is to determine what's considered smelly anyway? You know what generally smells strong, food served on planes. Now I do try to finish very quickly, like before the boarding is even done, and I don't sit in coach anymore so is not like I'm in someone's lap while I'm eating. If people are eating on a cramped ass airplane it's because they feel like they have to, not want to. Y'all nosy ass fuckers need to myob.

Yeah that's my only experience but this time is my final destination.

It's pretty generic for how big it is. I go there for work a lot but usually just for short stops and spend most of our time in the triangle or triad (WHY TWO THINGS THAT ARE 3's NC YOU CONFUSING bad person STATE!?). That said, I am usually there with boring work guys so they probably don't take me to the cool places.

I mean find some carolina barbecue, obviously.

But yeah, I was there for a conference when KSU played in the NCAA tournament and can't remember a single notable thing about the city but also didn't get out much.

Santa Fe things to do?

I enjoyed just walking around the old downtown, popping in artisan shops, and admiring the architectural details. Unique place. Ate at Maria's because Robert Redford said they have the best margaritas.

Bandelier National Monument has some cool stuff.  Foundations of an old pueblo, cliff dwellings, etc.

On my last SW flight, they made about 5 announcements that lap children need to be in the lap because the plane was booked and someone couldn't find a seat.  They were really starting to scold everyone.  Then they realized that a crew member that should've been in the jump seat was taking the passenger's seat.  Amateur hour crew work right there.

I hope there was a hilarious flight attendant who later got on the mic to do an apology song/skit.

lmao. I've been on one where the lap baby was actually taking a seat and this happened though. infuriating. when my kids were little we always got them their own tickets and put them in a car seat in the plane because they could sleep really easy in the car seat. avoided confusion. I'd walk onto the plane with the seat and immediately tell the purser/first attendant that the baby was ticketed.
