I think what my friend Mitch is trying to say is that true love is blind.

what animals do you think you could kill with your bare hands if you were alone with them in the cabin of a 737 at 35000ft?

cow = no way

I'm thinking United probably offers the best options for reward flights from MCI-SFO.   Can anyone confirm?

For directs, yes, because it's your only chance (I think). You'd probably have equal luck on any carrier with a connection.

Although MCI-OAK direct on Southwest has decent redemptions at times.

I have 2 mci-oak sw directs coming up. They are almost always the cheapest route but I don't know anything about redemptions and the credit card thread  :frown:

Spent a today in Hannibal Mo. on way home from sons college football game. Walked right into the middle of their second annual steam punk festival.

I had to look up steam punk after river boat cruise captain pimped it. Walking around apparently you take late 1800s fashion and add welding goggles and a tool belt and you have steam punk fashion.
