I don't crave steak often but I never make it at home.  If I'm eating it, I'm going big and having a steakhouse do it right for me.

Reverse sear with a cast iron skillet and a meat thermometer and its hard to mess up a steak at home.

the capital grille steak for $70 is guaranteed to be better than the Tanners $12, sorry folks
that's exactly where my mind went.  CG is one of the best steaks I've ever had, and I would've said that if I paid 70 bucks for it, got it at Tanners, or made it at home.  Good piece of meat.

You know what's not good at The Capital Grille? Carpaccio Salad  :Yuck:

I don't have kids but I'm assuming you just stick an ipad in their face and they are pretty docile when your driving?

This would be good if the July 2-5 are 2021 and the July 7-10 are 2022 or beyond.

Did mrs Kat Kid sign off on this?  Good grief, KK.

I’m planning 8-9 days just to do the SLC - KS half of this.

All Marriott bonvoy points. I am actually doing most of this without Mrs. Kk but mama and Baba Alkhatib are pitching in to help for the middle part.
