I honestly can't believe I am awake, let alone at my desk doing stuff. Mind you I did not even have a drop of alcohol yesterday. I'm talking about Friday/Saturday's hangover.

I've had really good luck with coconut water lately.

Take two V8s and some coconut water. Also eat some fat and protein. Like beef jerky.

Heavy carbs will just inflame your already inflamed head.

worst hangover i've ever had was on an plane. i actually sweat through a hooded sweatshirt. the only relief i could get was if i pressed my face against the window to cool me off. it was miserable. i looked like the guys that got bit by the monkey in Congo. t's and p's LSOC.

Still really hungover. Started yesterday around noon with airplane drinking, then layover drinking, then airplane drinking, then brookside drinking, then martini corner drinking and finally Westport drinking. All in all, too much drinking.

If you have equal sots flying with you, it is really easy.
