Disney Channel Original Movies
« on: May 06, 2011, 01:35:47 PM »
anyone else love these back in the late 90's?? I'm guessing most of the old balls on this site won't. I had a pretty hardcore Disney channel phase growing up...i don't know how my family didn't disown me.

Airborne is probably one of the best films ever made.  It won a ton of awards.

My channels growing up until I was about 13.

11 and 13 on the top knob

27 and 49 with top knob at "U" and bottom knob on 27 and 49 with a wiggle of the antenna clip on the back of the TV.

After 13 until my FR year at KSU we had cable...

WTBS, WGN, ESPN, TNN, CNN, HBO, 11, 13, 27, 49

I had CBS, PBS, ABC, and NBC.  Then around 5th/6th grade we could get Fox with our little UHF antenna Major Astro was an afternoon staple after that.

Loved being able to watch some of the early South Park episodes at the GParent's house.  Parents had parental controls on the TV which was a real pain when my brother and I hadn't guessed the current code.  Definitely remember watching the Volcano episode with my cousin one night. Watched quietly cause everyone was asleep, but my Grandma had (has) incredible hearing for some reason and she caught us.  Had some 'splainin to do when Mom and Pops showed up the next morning.

The Paper Brigade.

Loved Smart Guy and Boy Meets World reruns.

The best was Salute Your Shorts, Double Dare, and Global Guts on Nickelodeon.
