Went last night. Food was very good. Service was pretty terrible but I was told that basically all of the servers are new to the service industry. I imagine they'll get better.

I had the vegetable samosas and the chicken tikka masala. Lady friend had the paneer. KPT is correct in that they try to scare you away from getting your food "Indian hot." If you aren't a chump, you can definitely handle the heat.

Cocktails were expensive but the Bloody Maharajah is my favorite bloody in Aggieville.

Side note... heard a rumor that the building next to it is owned by the same people and that they are thinking about making it a quick-serve Greek gyro/falafel place.

I have very low IFIQ, so i was very clueless when ordering. I did get the chicken makani...and after also trying the chicken korma and chicken tikka masala, i feel like it was the best. I ordered it mild, and found it perfect. Our table did not get any naan, which i realize now we may have missed out on something good. I'll definitely be going back and can confidently say it's the best Indian restaurant/night club in Manhattan, KS.

btw, Great review, ktp. You obviously keep yourself in good company.
