Tacos al pastor and tamales were great. Don’t make the mistake I did and order the combination with rice and beans. Save room in you belly for more tacos.

Tacos de Aguila update. It is INSIDE the Eagles not just like a taco truck next to it. Came in in the middle of bingo and got a lot of dirty looks and my group got shushed by the bingo caller when we were talking/ordering. Snuck over to the eagles bar and signed the guest book and then ran in to my mom and her friends that were there.  Had two pastor tacos and they were good. The tortillas were different like thinner and softer than fridas.

Overall there were a lot of distracting factors that made this taco report difficult to focus on, Will try to return and try more.

Did a Taco Crawl last week that consisted of stops at Antojitos Del Sol, Frida's and Taqueria Aguila. Frida's is by the bar best and it's not really close. There's a new restaurant in Aggieville in the old Jeff's pizza location. Los Mariachis. A quick glance at their menu makes it look like a very generic Tex-Mex restaurant but they do offer street tacos so maybe there's hope for them yet.

Currently, the Aggieville location offers both the Kite’s Bar and Grill and the Aggieville Draft House. The Aggieville Draft House offers upscale food like meatloaf, chicken fried steak, steak specials and seafood options, while bar favorites are served at the Bar and Grill.
