I would say this is pretty good, but I don't know how much $$$$ they will be willing to invest.

The squad needs help. I'm not really convinced by Mignolet. They need at least two holding midfielders, Lucas is not up to it, Henderson is injured and Milner is a stop gap no matter how well he is playing now, he is not a solution. Can I am not sure of, a lot will be cleared up with a consistent system.

They should be playing a 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 and this setup looks good.
