I am giving myself a self imposed European Soccer goEMAW thread ban for 2 weeks based on how shitty Chelsea played, losing to AMFC 4-1 in the UEFA Super Cup. I am embarrassed and ashamed I hope to come back from this self imposed ban a better poster, a better soccer analysis, and a better over all human being. God Speed to all of my fellow soccer hooligans. And until two weeks from today I keep the blue flag flying high.

So I've been looking for an EPL team to follow, now that Dempsey is (allegedly?) a spur, someone give me all the reasons to become a tottenham fan.

some exciting young players in bale, dembele, sigurdsson, kyle walker, stephen caulker, and sandro. just signed potentially one of the best keepers in the world in hugo lloris.

passionate fanbase with a good home field advantage, and also, club of excellent emaw, broXcore

honestly, there is some frustration, as we seem to have some scoring droughts, and can fold in the closing minutes of matches, but i have found my 4 or so years as a fan to be pretty rewarding
