did parker to qpr end up getting finalized?  haven't been able to follow for the last day or so

we could sell/loan half our midfield and i wouldn't GAF, i want relief in the back... very nervous about it.

Parker will be shipped within the next couple days.  Looks like Fulham could come in last minute, but looks like QPR is the destination.  The midfield is stacked.  Was very surprised to see Caulker go.  They have to have something lined up with a CB.

if we end up with a net loss in defenders this transfer window i swear to god i will burn this mother down.  hope we can at least grab toby.

kinda stopped paying attention to the bale stuff about a week or two ago... he could be kidnapped in a basement and the tabloids would still continue on auto-pilot for a good six weeks

i'd definitely be ok with the money, but i don't know who we'd be able to buy at this point in the window to adequately replace bale

next window, absolutely. get the deal done early and spend like a muhfucka.

not enough that i'd go on the record saying "yeah, i'm ok with it" because the thought of potential bad purchases + loss of momentum/sex appeal scares me.  even if sold for like 20% less next season i'd be ok with that for continuity purposes.  it's just SOOO late in the game for us to make a sale like that.

Like others, I'm over the Bale Saga.  Would love for him to stay one more year but would understand accepting a world record bid.  Below is why i think he will stay.

1. Daniel Levy is a mean mother when it comes to transfers.  He does not budge on his price.  When they meet his price he adds another 10 mil.  Also I'm sure he is irate at the way Madrid have handled the situation.

2. HP didn't pay big bucks to be the jersey sponsor of a Baleless team.

3. He is the poster child of the EPL right now and just signed a deal with BT sports.

4. Fifa cover and the NY billboard.
