yeah but "squandered" is a term that is commonly used in American English, for the same thing it is used for in British English, unlike "side", "boot", "pitch", etc. maybe a difficult concept to grasp if you're a complete dumbass hat-hating rube poster like pissclams

I would like it better if we went America all over their asses and just used whatever terms we wanted.  It doesn't really bother me that they use the overseas terms to try and fit in, though.
