It's free, you don't have to subscribe. Sometimes it's better than here, other times it's worse. Just depends on the mood I'm in.

it's all about taste, and obviously plenty of people like that style.

But every time I visit, I feel like I'm in a forum run by 8th graders who are trying way too hard to impress each other, and the hot chick.  And mostly, they fail.  Which is too bad, because it ruins the handful of posters there that are truly funny, and come by it effortlessly.  But that's the culture there, one the owner/mods have worked hard to create:  "we're the cool kids."  So mindless trashing of people is encouraged (especially people who post here), and the mods really like to play "I've got a secret," and tell inside jokes, and make references to their get-togethers, etc.  Teenage girls have nothing on them. 

As on this board, there are some connected posters there, and you can find a scoop sometimes.  But there isn't a whole lot of good, substantive sports talk there...those most interested in talking sports on that board are often those that were humiliated here, and needed a new home. 

A few good ones from this board now reside there, too...Panjandrum among them.  But even with some funny, and good posters, it's not enough to make me want to hang out there, or identify with that board.

i don't imagine most of them are paying for the information provided to them there.  it really is an amazing business fitz landed into (not a backhanded attack on him, i can't imagine even a very smart person could have imagined it'd be possible to charge so many people, for so long of a time, simply to provide them a place where they can messageboard each other).

Anybody know where we can send emails that might get the attention of the league, media, schools, and other entities regarding this BS between ku and the refs?  I think if we could flood a place with emails about the bias and cheating that the refs do for ku, it would help. 

I want to point out the ISU game last year and the conversations between ku coaches and the refs during timeouts.  IMO they should ban these conversations, or, if not, then make the refs wear a recorder, so that anyone after the game can hear what was said.  Also, the fact that ku is in the double bonus both halves before we even got to the bonus...a miracle that we could still win the game.

Something needs to be done, and if anyone knows how to make our voice heard, it would be appreciated.
