Does anyone know what's going on with the Horsey Education Center?

They broke gound on that thing nearly 2.5 years ago.   All I've ever seen was some pictures of a grader moving some dirt, and that was from Last Summer . . . is this yet another KSU myst-project that limps and coughs its way through 4 or 5 years before anything really happens??

Not that I really think that K-State needs a $12 million dollar place for horses, but  it is a little embarrassing that K-State has broken ground on yet another project going no where.

In senior design class, we were given the chance to redesign the whole thing.  It looks pretty cool, and am excited about the facilities.  But it'll be a long time from now before all of the phases are complete.  Or 1 phase for that matter.
