Do you prefer it to be goopy or runny? I prefer goopy, but I will accept runny if there is meat in it. Viscosity doesn't matter much if it tastes well, IMO.
HomemadeHOT Rotel 1 can 1/2 finely chopped white onion1 can low sodium cream of mushroom soupbig block of velveeta3 large jalapenos diced or chopped as you please1/3 cup cilantro1 lb of ground beef or ground turkey2 cloves minced garlissaute the onion and garlic for a bit with some olive oil and then throw the meat in to brown. toss the cilantro and jalepeno inn when the meat is brown and mix it in. Remove from heat and coverToss everythign else into a crock pot. Once it's melted drain any grease off of the meat and mix it in with the cheese. LOVE IT.
