Predictos for the BITBologue:

*  "Royals got off to a nice little start against an Angels team that is obviously going to have issues competing in their division this year." --Either to lead in or to tag at end.

*  Will be focused on Alden (duh), and there will be some sort of comparison with Pinkel, whom BITB loves.

*  Will mention how much his ku fan friends are loving this hire, because BITB didn't become BITB by failing to throw his key demographic a bone.

*  Jack Harry will be on (at some point).

*  Won't say as much about Frank Martin as one might expect. Will basically be what he posted on GP.

And this isn't BITB's perfect storm, unless there's a stronger KU angle I'm missing. He might be able to use this hire to build up KU--"there is no reason KU basketball shouldn't continue to dominate this 'rivalry' for the next decade." Or maybe he'll go for the "KU's rivalry is going to switch to K-State now, because the KU/MU rivalry is entering the same territory we had for KU/KSU during the late 90's and 00's--MU is going to dominate football, KU will dominate basketball."

BITB has been openly hating on MU lately.  He will use this oppy to describe how KU will win every game against MU until Haith is gone.  Will then lead in to KSU by saying that he intentionally didn't mention KSU as dominating MU because Frank may be going to the U.

I have full faith in BITB that he will bring all three together and everyone will be interested either out of hate/anger, nervousness, or LOL'ing.

The only way it could get better is if OSU fired Tressel today.  Last week he mentioned that Pinkel should be considered for that job is Tressel is let go.

BITB just clowned  :powerespect: over on their board. Awesome.

Which one of the 97 threads about Miami/Frank leaving did BITB post in? I'm tired of trying to find it.

He hasn't had a new post since the one that was previously mentioned here.

He may, but it will be quick if he does. They haven't really achieved anything, and he's pretty cynical on the Royals.

True, on Opening Day he was very cynical. But they've had 3 last bat wins since then, so it will definitely be a major BITB topic today.

Someone should call and bring up the idea that Alden could be headed to Miami. Get Haith outta there then head for an AD spot in the sunshine state.  :ck:

Kruger and his staff are rich beyond their wildest dreams, many in the coaching ranks consider them "semi-retired," none of them like to recruit, and they don't have the drive to build a final four team.

Haith has already potentially recruited twice as many four-star players to Missouri than MA did

Yeah, BITB ripping Lonnie a new one . . . and I agree, I don't understand why Castiglione would hire Kruger.   Come on, Lonnie's now just the Kansas boy who is now enjoying the life that dumb athletic directors are willing to give him.

I was originally wrong.  This missed BITB wheelhouse.

Not enough KU ties.  This is only about Mizzou/KSU.  He isn't sure where to find the villain.

He is grasping and flailing in this monologue.
