franks been doing this crap for quite a while. This wasn't his first goddam interview, dipshits.

lol yeah. franks been a somewhat hot commodity for head coaching jobs for decades now and gets shutout by the dream job he thought he had in the bag every couple weeks.

He has been offered shitloads of money to go elsewhere and successfully negotiated a raise in the middle of the season. Plus, he has an agent who's been there several times with huggs. But yeah, he probably just got flustered.

For once I actually agree with Dax.  We keep the same coach (who I believe is pretty good) without giving him a raise while OU and Mizzou throw stupid money at mediocre coaches.   Seems like KSU is winning this round.  Course, we'll likely lose Frank and hire some schlub in the next year or two but the clownsuits are being handed out in Miami, Norman, and Colombia this year, not MHK.

It's amazing how the perception of a person can change so quickly. Frank's spent 4 years working on proving his loyalty and brutal honesty, and he was consistent at that (as well as so many other things), that it was easy to root for the guy. Now in the span of a few days he goes from telling some media members that he won't talk about the Miami job (or any other job), to openly questioning why Miami hasn't called.

Integrity and trust is so hard to build up but oh so easy to lose. I agree with Pan, Frank needs to pipe down.

So I'm picturing Frank waking up every morning now with a big "sigh..."  Walking into the kitchen to make some coffee (kicks the crap out of the dog) and sitting down to a laptop to see what's happening with the Miami search.  After a few moments he mutters...
