Just disgusting the way people are treating Beth. I cannot stand the people that are #SaveEMAW for anything other than the reasons fatty outlined.  But EPAW just doesn't flow off the tongue quite like EMAW.

This is honestly my only beef with EPAW.

Should drop both, come up with the anti-tuck term, and roll with that.

Tim doesn't usually fare to well in the courtroom.

Here's what else is funny, considering that he was sued by his former employer because he stole their subscriber database to start GoPowercat, his comment about illegally obtaining information is actually quite ironic and comical.

Powercat Illustrated loses suit

The editor of a Kansas State sports publication has been found liable in Johnson County District Court on two counts of a lawsuit filed by a rival publication.

Tim Fitzgerald, editor of Tim Fitzgerald's Powercat Illustrated, was found to have engaged in misconduct in starting the magazine while still employed by Purple Pride.

The lawsuit, filed in November 1998, sought damages in excess of $50,000. Fitzgerald was ordered to pay $15,000 in actual and punitive damages, and he was barred from further use of misappropriated subscriber information, which the Judge Larry McClain found to be a trade secret under Kansas law.

"The bottom line for our readers is we aren't going anywhere," Fitzgerald said.

IntelliSports, which owns Purple Pride, as well as Jayhawk Insider and Inside Mizzou Sports, likely will appeal the award, said Patrick Whalen, an attorney with the firm of Spencer, Fane, Britt and Browne.

Fitzgerald was editor of Purple Pride when he began planning for his current publication. Circulation of Purple Pride, which peaked at 4,500 copies, now is about 2,500. Powercat Illustrated now has 4,850 subscribers.

The most ridiculous claim made by the #saveEMAW folks is that, following my argument to its logical conclusion,[...]I ought to adopt the moniker “Peopledenhall.” I know some of you are tweeting such things to be annoying, but others seem to honestly believe there is a connection here.

FWIW, I'm not one of the connection ones, and as you weren't really the intended audience of the joke, I didn't intend it to annoy you.
