How hard will it be to get tickets?  What is the best method/strategy?

Scalpers tend to be pricey around the arena.  You can hit up losers on Wednesday and try to get their tickets for the remainder of the games...takes some time/work/luck to do this though.

friday vs ku on a limited budget would be impossible, right?  not worth the trouble to even investigate?

you would have to get terribly lucky.  Your best bet is to right Pete or Trim's last second cheap ticket coat tails.

The bright side is Saturday tickets will be a breeze. KU fans will be dumping them at pennies on the dollar.
