oh, kstate gameplanned to deny christo & vandy, leaving dg in a virtual iso on the perimeter or to score over interior help if he drove. isu gameplanned to run a soft double at pullen any time he looked to drive from the top or wing. sometimes they even doubled way out top, just to get the ball out of his hands. which more or less should tell you all you need to know about how dangerous each player is as a scorer.
dg is a good player though, as long as he doesn't fall into the trap of thinking he can make difficult shots. i think he'd be fantastic on a good team as a point forward. sort of halfway between morningstar and southwell.
