If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

By the way, you ARE kidding, right?  Because...there's no way he could justify putting Terrell Reed's jersey in the rafters.  Would be non-stop LOLs if true.

Self just announced Tyrel Reed's jersey would be hung in the Fieldhouse. #kubball

Tully covers KU for the Topeka paper.  He may be kidding, but it doesn't appear to be the case.

I think this is really happening, which is hilarious.  Most KU fans I know really don't like Reed and he is like the 14th best player on their team.

He's pretty good, but not that good.  Hell, they might as well stitch a quilt of every player that has ever played there.

I mis-tweeted. NAME not JERSEY. They put academic all-americans on one big banner. Key mistake by me.

Nice spin control from self.  I guarantee he was putting his jersey up there until this twitter firestorm happened.

Got to hand it to Seff.  He cleans these things up a lot faster than Currie/Bosco or Tannahill.

Tully must have blocked me after I mocked KU after his first tweet, because the above tweet isn't in my timeline.

Once again, I remind you, this is a fanbase that gathered 20,000 strong at Memorial Track and Field and Football Stadium to sit in the summer heat to hear a man sitting inside in a air conditioned dressing room tell them he was staying . . . then as a collective they all wailed, cried and hugged.

With that in mind, why would any of their theatrics and drama queen ways surprise you?

I didn't think Brady would one-up this occurrence by making out with his mom on the court. I don't think ANYONE saw that one coming.

You guys have to give credit where it is due: DJamer Conner has had an extremely successful basketball career at KU.

Goofball / Drunk / Woman Beater

Reed doesn't get enough scrutiny for his punkish behavior.  Dude is always pumping his chest out like he's going to fight somebody.  In the KSU game everytime he was fouled he was acting salty. Would love for Jamar to put a shoulder in chest in the KC/Aferica game.
