(yes I know it was about Miami, just go with it)

That story reminds me of a buddy who played at juco then southern missouri or whatever that school is in Joplin. I went by his place about a year after he graduated and he had a giant 55" TV and 2 xbox360's and a PS3.

I asked him why he had 2 xbox 360's.....He told his coaches at Southern Missouri he was going to transfer to Pitt State and they decided to change his mind. An assistant coach took him to best buy and told him to buy whatever he wanted...my buddy picks out the huge TV, a PS3 and another xbox(he already had one), a ton of video games and a bunch of movies....Assistant coach buys everything with the schools credit card.

That's hilarious, but it's hard for me to believe that MSSU could be cheating at football like that and still be so awful.

However, the documents also state NCAA enforcement staff said they had "no finding of lack of institutional control and no finding of unethical conduct," key points when it comes time for punishment to be considered, KATU reported. Oregon is expected to appear before the NCAA's committee on infractions sometime this year.

So, not much is going to happen.

the fact that the institution was in control when this happened should make their penalties worse.  JUST AN IMO.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.
