I think people who get really invested in the oscars/lives/wardrobes of celebrities are kind of stupid. But then again I tivo'd the combine and am watching that tonight, so I kinda suck too.

It is a pretty good watch with the ol' lady and that type of programing is increasingly rare. I would enjoy it more if they moved it after cbb was over and/or you could stream more of the movies.

Watched maybe half of it last night. Seth was not very funny. Only saw a few of the BP nominees. Just didn't really like it last night.

I think Shatner killed it. Glad he stopped by on his way to the funeral home.

Also kind of glad Ang Lee won for Best Director and not Spielberg or Affleck--they are already pompous enough. Argo was a good action flick, but Silver Linings Playbook should have won Best Picture. Clooney just stood up there and looked great in that beard instead of giving a speech though.

I think Lost in Translation was the last Oscar movie I saw. That came out after American Beauty, right? I think the Oscars are hilarious to watch, though, beacause everyone in them is absolutely ridiculous in one way or another. And then there's this huge social media sideshow with things like people hating on the host and The Onion calling a nine year-old a $!#*. It's all fantastic.
