It would interesting to know if that meets the NFL standard, because it has to be well past the NCAA standard for national broadcasts.

My buddy with elite insidery information informed me that its a result of ESPNy type feedback rules, thats why we had the temporary trailer lights last year, the field needs to register so many lumins on the field so they had to redo the lights with some super brights.

Rumors are that the Vaniers already have given permission for the razing of the complex, as long as the new one retains their name.  What isn't known is if they can donate (and if so, how much) since they've transferred most of their wealth to a trust.  Same rumor states Vanier said bulldoze in 5 years, or after he dies, whichever comes first. 

Hope the rumor is true.
