BSFS Expansion Thread

this is what i want in the south endzone.  it's what they have at ole miss.

Top that with a video board that goes almost the width of the field and is about 15' or so high, and throw in some limestone, and you got yourself what I had in mind for the SEZ. Also if you were to imagine cutting the number of rows in half, taking the 3 middle sections out and making it a flat plane for party deck (that'd be at 10' above playing surface), and also add limestone and field wide video board, with tunnels on both ends for the Qhatz and the other team, and of course giant training facility behind it and that pretty much would be my dream for the NEZ

Like the idea. Think they should just connect the box level seats all the way around and enclose the thing, similar to OKST

Can't, they are at significantly different heights.

I've been up in there before and its heaven on earth. Its some special club seating. All assigned seating is outside, but inside is what is magical. Imagine a golden corral buffet (but nicer since its Mississippi ) Ice cream bar, fountain drinks burgers, popcorn, fried chicken and taters! They then have open seating tables you can sit around inside and watch the game from. Each seat owner also has a booze locker. Thats right your own personal liquor cabinet that only you have access to make your own drinks and bring your own booze. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they even let in people that were not white male christian land owners.  People say the south hasn't changed ! If Mississippi has it so should we.

If there's a suite waiting list (as is being reported) there's no reason why something akin to Ole Miss' structure won't sit atop the south endzone by next season.  The construction cost and timeframe will be a fraction of WSC and will pay for itself as a revenue generating facility.

Because it would put money into our pockets, I'd prioritize club and suite development over Vanier.  Fortunately theyre not mutually exclusive projects.

Guys, before heading into a meeting I whipped out the old Ipad and did a down and dirty sketch*.

Yeah, it's pretty rough.  But I really like the roof on the East Side, very similar to Husky Stadium and would only make the noise that much louder.   Having the whole glass wall looking over new stands into the stadium would be cool.

You know, if I have time*, maybe I'll do another one and have like a club or suite level.   But if this happens while HCBS is still around I don't see him being all that enthused about a club or suite level in his football administrative complex.

You can really start to imagine...

-Elite EMAW party deck in the foreground that connects with Bramlage legends room and our Hotel.  Outdoor bars, fireplaces, and loge seating in front.

- Enclosure of the North Endzone.  Add a couple levels above the seating for team and athletic administrative offices that overlook the field.  These could also be suites or a new Big 8 room club that on Gameday is another premium amenity to add to the inventory.

- LED board that spans the width of the Endzone.

- Will never happen, but a canopy like at UDUBB for shading and to further visually complete the stadium
