The hills are nice, but I'll never get the inherent need Ag types at K-State seem to have for Ag'ing it all up right across the street from the stadium.

There's like 18 bazzillion acres of farmland in Kansas and K-State owns some chunks of it, go Ag research the hell out of that, or down the road a bit.   That area across from the stadium needs to be developed, we're trying to recruit football players here people, you've got the whole rest of the state to use to impress that 5 Star Crop Judger from Sabetha.
