Not a bad guess, but those roll offs don't look glossy like McPherson's.  Matte roll offs like those are generally from Oregon.
What gave it away?  Did you notice the Oregon Smock operating one of those babies.  :D

Sorry if luked, but apparently Adam Hardy, construction executive at Mortenson & GE Johnson, moved his whole family to Manhattan from Arizona just for the NEZ project.  :horrorsurprise:

Yeah it's pretty bad, but i almost wonder if someone turned a light on and it's just reflection off the window that's making it washed out.
