Some Bama fan on Tigerboard started adding on to the rendering to show what the stadium could look like in different phases...eventually reaching a 90k+ capacity.

First off I'd like to give a late welcome to the SEC; I would like to apologies for a majority of Bama fans for not being very warm to your addition into the SEC, but I personally think you guys were a great addition to our league. Back in 2010 when conference expansion was in it’s early stages I was hoping the SEC would expand all out west with Texas A&M, Oklahoma, Mizzou and some other random team from the Big XII; then the big 10 took the Cornholes over y'all, so after that I felt our chances to get y’all was good. Here is the main reason I'm here; probably back around October I was reading about future stadium improvements to Faurot Field, and I started looking at y'all stadium and seeing the potential it had. I started drawing Faurot Field 3 dimensionally using MicroStation (all for fun; I am in no way associated with the future planning of the stadium, and these are not official drawings from the Alden’s desk.) in about October and planed to have them completed by December, but I had a friend that wanted me to draw him up a house plan and these sat for a while till I seen that your Athletic Dept. released some artist renderings, so I felt that it was time to open the drawings back up and complete them. Here we go; I hope you like and tell me what you think.

Phase I: relocate the berm in the north endzone closer to the playing field; install permanent seats, preserving the Rock "M", installing five row of seating on the grass berms along the sidelines, improved concourses along the sidelines and field level suites behind both endzones. Seating capacity 70,000 - 72,000





Phase II: East addition; includes two and a half decks on luxury suites and an upper deck. Seating capacity 78,000 - 80,000





Phase III: South addition: three decks of luxury suites, one club level, two jumbotrons, new locker rooms and an upperdeck (I hope they don't bowl in the south endzone like shown in the artist renderings; that's boring). Seating capacity 87,000 - 89,000







Phase IV: Demolition of the west Pressbox/Suites and rebuild a new structure that matches the East structure, which would need to include a new pressbox. Seating capacity 93,000 - 95,000

Is that shrubbery around their field in that rendering?  I only ask because the guy that used to live two doors down from me in college used to use similar looking shrubs as a drop off/pick up spot for drugs/money.  So, it would make sense why MU would want so much shrubbery and why it would be located on campus at the actual football stadium.

from what I gathered, the endowment is basically a big checking account and zenger has a MasterCard debit card that he can use for all facilities upgrades
