Sure they will.  Most schools that talk about something like that, and tell their board of regents every year for nearly a decade that they’re going to do a capital project, typically end up doing it.

So, all you've got to do is have one of the largest and wealthiest donor bases in the entire nation and you're set. KU should be just fine. Something about couch cushions and spare hundy's.

While the east side still needs work on the back.

BSFS is sexy AF on the inside.  What a transformation.   

From an amenities perspective in the upper echelon of college football.    Like top 10% from a luxury amenities perspective and outside of some challenges on the upper level.   Upper echelon from a fan amenities perspective across the board.   Plus no janky angles, and easy AF to navigate and get in and out of.
