A few month ago I was in Fayetteville, AR and I noticed that UA football practice fields were elevated with parking underneath.   

The East Side should include a new indoor facility and elevated practice fields, would cost a ton, but would be cool.

That does sound pretty cool.

What if we built the thing over Kimball, similar to bartle hall?

That would be cool.

Well this would ruin my plan of donating money to convert the parking lots to green space (in like 2035.. And maybe w/ electric and cable outlets at each spot)

I don't understand all the criticism of BSFS being just a big hole in the ground.  I remember the first time i walked up to the edge of the east side (before the current ESC) and thinking wow this is cool as eff.
