Everybody should have a pretty good idea by now what it's going to look like based on the insidery info reported. Enclosed bowl with steeper NEZ seating separated by two narrow landscaped wedges, two tunnels, continuous concourse, two corner screens, and a castley Vanier 2.0 stretching sideline to sideline made of limestone and glass with two prominent towers that matches stylistically with the WSE. KState and the designers knocked it out of the park. Sounds like the inside will be equally awesome.

Do we really need rendos now as opposed to four weeks from now? Construction won't begin for nine more months.

If we want to handle this the gE way and force rendos early, the thing to do would be to flush the media outlets with a sourced false rendo.  This may drive the institution to immediately deny then put up or shut up. So if someone wants to start leaking a very plausible false rendo I'd be all for spreading it as truth. 

Desperate times call for desperate measures.

Neither actually. Just tossed it in for fun.  Don't remember how many trees were in the rendering. I know there is a grove/stand of trees that currently exist in the northeast area that isn't probably going to be saved (someone asked the question in the meeting I was in...it amazes me how many hippies are in Manhattan).
