Which is odd, because I swear we offered him.

I really thought so too. Maybe we pulled it. Rivals says we didn't right now. Almost positive it said we did at some point recently.

Sorry if luke'd. Wally asked for his finalists:

Richard Dorvilus ?@CHHEEAA 2h
@call_me_WALLACE kstate FAU Indiana

:kstatriot:

Everyone will be so butthurt when we lose him to one of those two loser schools.

I just think it's funny that he named his top 3 not that long ago and it was like Wiscy, Indiana, and Arizona State.
Have been told by three D-I coaches today that FAU is the only school actively recruiting him at this point for a number of reasons.

so do they pull their offers? or just quit contacting him and he gets the hint?

Depends on what you mean by contact. Sending letters really isn't contacting or recruiting him in today's recruiting world. Based on what I was told, really only one school is "recruiting" him. Could that change here in next few weeks, sure, but would surprise me based on what I was told.

guessing this hasn't changed much.

So, I think there is a good chance that Richard Dorvilus has a conditional scholarship that hasn't kicked in yet.  :confused:

What does that mean exactly? What is the condition? This seems weird.

Didn't Nigel Malone redshirt his first year?  If so, seemed to work out pretty well.

No, he didn't. I think Nate Jackson got hurt very early on, so it's possible he might get a medical RS.

My bad.  There was a Juco corner that redshirted then had 2 solid years starting but can't recall who it was. Typically it seems that 2 yr Jucos have one solid year and 3x2's that redshirt have 2 solid years. Exceptions to every rule though.

I'd like to get White, McDaniel, and Knight, but my gut still tells me that we're ultimately going to move McDaniel to safety.
