I would think so. Redshirt a year, learn from #Life.

Watches him as a freshman(RS) when Sams is a senior, then take over as a sophomore, same as Life did himself.

QBs can be converted to just about any position bro. Maybe not DL or OL but pretty much anything else. If you just keep bringing in stud athletes, you're gonna have a good time.

The problem is, a lot of them don't want to make a switch to another position. Thankfully Chris did.

Most big time teams have numerous ex QB's on their depth chart. Ex- Harper, Zim, Pease, etc.

So we now have two QBs with offers as athletes from places like LSU, Oklahoma, Miami, and Texas and a pocket QB that Tom O'Btien was pushing hard to get at Penn St. Sure seems like the days of watching the QB battle between Carson Coffman and Gilbert Grape are in the distant past.

I haven't seen those offers for him. I could totally be missing something, though.

Wabash, I was thinking that if he really blows up, and Tech, TCU, Baylor, or OSU for that matter, decides to offer, we are screwed.

I am all for pushing ahead with Bush at this point and taking them both.

Change of plans for AJ Bush (known this for a couple days, but wanted to sit on it until it was 100% confirmed)

I checked with AJ to see if he would be in Manhattan yesterday or today and his answer was neither.

"I'll be there early next week. Something came up with my parents," Bush texted this afternoon.

A little early for this but this recruiting class seems to be light years ahead of others at this point. What would it take to make it one of our best ever ?

DT and an elite Juco MLB.

What about the Ward kid who was JUCO all american last year? We got him in the 13 class. But yeah DT is really important, hopefully we can also get a prayer in Harrison Phillips or Newell at DE too.
