The only players left on our board that I want are Robert Lockhart, Bernard Thomas, Ian Seau, Kevin McReynolds and Walton Taumeopeau.

By my count, we have two to give.  If that's the case, it's McReynolds and Taumeopeau.

If we can convince someone to grayshirt (i.e. Barnett), bring in Seau.

If Cathey goes elsewhere, go get Lockhart (if he'll have us).

Does your count of two scholly's left take into consideration that Mickens and possibly Bryant and Barnett are longshots to qualify?  We need about 8 DL in this class, so I'm glad that that's how it's shaping up.

Lockhart goes to Virginia Tech this weekend.

...but everything still is a go for him to come to K-State as a football player as part of the 2011 recruiting class.

IMO, Lockhart is a real longshot to get to KState.  Think he's VTechs to lose, plus he is looking to possibly play bball

You know that's not fair.  Sams is by far and away the biggest recruiting victory of the last 2 years.  The only reason he doesn't have more BCS offers is because he committed so early and basically told everybody else to eff off.

Dante Barnett scored really high (for KSU standards) for ESPN recruiting.  They have him as a 3 star, with a 76 rating.  According to ESPN, he is our 5th best recruit, and actually 4th best because Mickens is going juco route first to get qualified.

Probably right.  However, if so, it was laid out by a tard preparing for the worst, as this was started well before Cam chose a school/cashed a check.
