My guess is Les promised him the moon. I think Les felt he could show people he could win the state by getting this guy. Unfortunately for that kid he went from going to Michigan and playing in The Big House to playing in an old horse shoe.

Super weird when everyone thought he was 100% OU.  Are we still recruiting him?  Always makes we wonder why recruits this caliber do not pick P5 conferences.
