I can't really say much on Pease as I spent the game looking through a camera, and only got to see the middle two quarters.  It seemed like Hutch was playing their other quarterback a lot this game as well.

I was very impressed, though, with Williams, dude was all over the place and lining up all over the front line.   He seems smallish for a D1 DE but we knew that already, terrific motor.  Williams had a tremendous sack in the third quarter where he speed rushed the O-lineman then bull rushed through the RB to get the QB sack.  I can't wait to see him in purple.  One cool thing was he was all over his teammates about effort and stuff, also congratulating and firing up offensive players as well.

He is playing with cast on his hand is well.

LOL moment of the night was when WR #84 Cordarelle Patterson <--- no rivals news on him, took a little screen pass 76 yards for a TD.  Dude  :moreira: over the goal line, nearly lost the ball in the process, got flagged and then ran back to the sidelines yelling, "I'm the man, I'm the rough ridin' man" over and over only to be ripped by his teammates for the flag.

It is pretty fun watching the game from the sidelines.  I'll go back and try to pay more attention to KSU recruits next time.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

like I said, nothing really.  Though the offense did end up racking up some points in the 4th quarter after I left.  I'll pay more attention to him later.  Oh and he looked like a badass on the sidelines.  real grimey looking, kind of dude that will rip your face off if need be.

Also, the WR I mentioneed earlier, Patterson is a baller.  Made some super acrobatic catches is blazing fast and is a def high level BCS recruit.  I think he may have grade issues though.

anyone with any word on this kid?

That Patterson kid is only a freshman and I think he redshirted last year.  (He was part of the 2009 high school class.)  If he is having grade issues that would actually really work in our favor because he only has to graduate from an in-state juco to qualify for KSU.  At least that's how I understand it.

Mmm, I think I am noticing a trend here.  Seems like maybe we're going after defense, specifically a LB.   :dunno:

It doesn't look like we've actually offered any of them though.  Would be nice to see a juco LB (to go along with Brown and Slaughter next year) and a couple high school LBs.

Have we started talking about what we'll do when Sams decommits? I'll probably re-light the Cosh family album thread and pretend it's for the best.

I don't know if Winters believes in God, but I hope God blesses him anyways.

I just need to echo something else that's already been stated:
