Also, someone other than Reuter is going to grayshirt, or we're going to lose at least one underclassman to attrition, because, again, by my count, what we have in this class brings us to 86.

Hmm I guess I didn't realize we were already at our limit.

I think the out-going senior class only has ~17 scholarship players in it.

edit: 19

You need to add kids that were former walk-ons that are on the two deep.  Bill has, in the past, given kids that crack the two deep a scholarship the following year.

Guys I have on my list of 24:

QB (1): Waters
RB (1): Robinson
FB (1): Nemecheck
WR (2): Sexton, Lockett
TE (1): Trujillo
OL (3): Liddle, Finney, Bennett
DT (3): Roberts, Coleman, Brown
DE (3): Dowling, Mueller, Godinet
LB (4): Johnson, Marley, Snyder, Truman
S (4): Bonugli, Heibert, Green (though he may get a redshirt), Schellenburg
CB (1): Evans

I mistakenly counted Nate Jackson, and he redshirted this year.  If Green gets a redshirt, then it will be 23.

that's the out-going junior class. I was trying to count scholarships in this year's senior class (Zimmerman, Walker, Miller etc.)

watched Avery's video and then never thought of him again.  It is a little odd that a kid visits Nebraska, Texas, and then commits to a clown.  This one isn't as straight forward as some recruitments.

Better? More apt for us IMO.

I once blew clove smoke in a guy's face that cut in front of me in the line to KJ's.

Sorry, my bad.  I thought we were talking about next year.  I've got 19 for this year, too.

I am sour grapes over a kid KSt sent a few letters too and was never mentioned on any or our message boards?  I just wish we still had Trebek around at LB to watching him run down Avery.  Lockett is to Ferrari as Avery is to Vespa
Academics is a stupid word.

Academic schools are synonymous for being rich, powerful and exclusive, three things Kansas State is not.

So when people throw the word "academics" around, that's really what they are referencing.

why on earth did the staff cancel Moala's visit if they are prepping an LOI for him?

That's a question a few folks close to the situation are wondering a lot about, too.
Well good.  That's reassuring.

It is? Am I confused about what is happening here because that seems far from reassuring imo

We have a long and storied history of creating LOI's for people that weren't going to sign that goes all the way back to Vince Young.

I'm just ready to see if we get Riddle tomorrow. He's really the only one left that I really, really want.

I thought it was already determined he's probably going to Arizona?

I can save you a little anxiety.  He's not going to sign with us.

Arizona already has like 27 commits.

If we land Riddle, I will do rough ridin' backflips. I think he's arguably a better linebacker than Derricott (sp?).

I really think we won't unless the staff has been going after him HARD this past week.  I think he lands at Louisville.  I don't think he's a better linebacker, but he may be a better athlete, if we land him though, that would be an incredibly athletic duo.  Wonder if Crabby has any news with Riddle possibly to KSU?

A little bit of information:

+They're still busy trying to flip Williams and Robertson.

+There were two extra LOIs prepared, hearing they are for Moala and Riddle (but haven't been able to confirm), even though both seemingly are set to go elsewhere. Another contact said: "There's smoke around both of them, so I would keep an eye on them." Again, not saying anything will happen with them, but wanted to pass along what I heard.

are we full?  are we thinking that a couple won't show and we have LOI's ready for Moala and Riddle in case those couple don't sign?

our staff lost its mind this season.  they got called holding a pair of 2's with every recruit they tried to bluff.

It seems like our staff is expecting one or two more commits, but isn't sure who it will be
