I wonder if this logic applies to Bejan Robinson.  I had seen where he should be considered for the Heisman award.  I think it depends on whether he comes from a blue-blood school, which increases his value over a non-blue-blood.

Side note but Heisman related. I seriously wonder who will win this year, this year is one of those true like open races where it really doesn't seem to be any clear front runner.

Bijan has significantly better measurables than Deuce or any other ruining back the last few years. He's fast and built like a brick crap house. He's pretty easily a top 20 pick. NFL scouts and GMs don't give a flying eff about the Heisman or blue bloods.

Sproles kinda pioneered RB by committee, which every team does nowadays.  It made the position less valuable but also made the measurables less of a concern. 

Generally, I think if a RB has a top 3 round grade then they should go.  Deuce will be in a gray area.  I find the 5th round hard to believe as a few coaches will fall in love with the guy between his personality and blocking.

Sorry for the late response.  Bijan Robinson is listed as #10 in the Heisman rating.  Michigan's RB is listed #2 in the race, and the other 8 are QB's.  I forgot to save the link so I can't list them.  Also, no one seems to stick out and I don't feel like the rating is as good as it is some years.

I have the feeling that Randle is a qualifying risk.  We will take him at any time if he wants to commit/sign.

Transfer portal is crazy.  Mizzou's top WR Lovett just entered.  Luther Burden publicly tweeted that he is staying.  My guess is Manning will be at Mizzou and won't flip because of his brother.

I think K-State is an attractive destination for a veteran WR that enters the portal.  Will Howard is tossing the rock like a maniac, and I don't see that changing next year.  Brooks, Knowles, and Warner are gone so our starters are looking to be freshman and sophomores.
