i'm almost positive that wallace's insecurity rubs off on ksu's recruits. i bet he begins by asking them if they're still committed to ksu and then after they say "yep" he says "great, man. emaw. but like, what if alabama come calling?" and then he goes down the line from there until he finds the recruits jump off point. it's the same crap that insecure people do to find out where they rank in the social ladder.
combine that annoying approach with a low contact, low pressure coaching staff and you get ksu football recruiting.
