Tad has two four star recruits for class of 12. And four two stars...

Four 3-stars according to Rivals.  Meanwhile, Frank has one 3-star.

I'd be surprised if Everhart was really in the running, as he and Frank are friends. I think you're right, Antingua would take the job at KSU in a heartbeat, if offered.

Larry Brown was KU's Bob Huggins.  Do you rough ridin' morons understand that?

You want to fight Dusqueen for a coach?  This is insane!

What are the odds Brown would hire Gottlieb as an assistant?

I would only take Larry Brown because he might retire after one or two years and we could get Pearl then. I would rather have Hurricane, though.

Went the technology route down there, not the pilot route.  Let me talk to a few of the fraternity brothers that were pilots and see if I can wrangle something up to give you guys an inside scoop.

By "Larry Brown was KU's Bob Huggins" I mean Larry Brown stayed at Kansas for 5 years and led them to 2 final fours with one ending in a national championship.  Then he left them with Roy Williams.

Huggins stayed 1 year at KSU, went to the NIT, and left us with Frank Martin.

So Bob Huggins did maybe 1/5 as much for KSU as Larry Brown did for KU. Maybe. And we have maybe 1/5th of the basketball program that KU has.  Maybe.

KU is "KU" because Larry Brown took that job.  They talk about Naismith and Phog Allen and Wilt Chamberlain.  It's bullshit.  Larry Brown was Bob Huggins X 5.  Without Larry Brown they would be on the exact same level as K-State.

THE HALL OF FAME DOESN'T HAVE TO WAIT BECAUSE LARRY BROWN HAS BEEN IN IT FOR 10 YEARS!

MAKE THIS crap HAPPEN!!

NO BRAINER.

One year.  Two years.  Who cares?  It's Larry Brown.

Larry Brown wasn't more than 70 years old when he took that job, either.

And LHC Bill Snyder wasn't 70 years old when he started at Kansas State.  Can he still coach?

There is not a single athletic director at any division one program who would even talk to him if he wanted to leave Kansas State and coach somewhere else.

There could be.

The school that hires Ray Lewis to be their athletic director would definitely hire LHC Bill Snyder to coach their football team.

And then Ray would hire Larry Brown to coach his basketball team.
