Boyel recruits better than I think Underwood will, so I prefer Boyel. Underwood will go after the same recruits we are going after now, but we will probably get even less of them without Frank constantly getting us tv exposure.

ATTN Dumbasses: Why not Pearl? Give me your reasons.

The Division I Committee on Infractions on Wednesday announced that Tennessee failed to monitor its men’s basketball program and the penalties include a show-cause order for former head men’s basketball coach oscar Pearl.

The show-cause order means that Pearl is prohibited from engaging in recruiting activity for three years at any NCAA member school. Any school wanting to hire him must go before the NCAA to explain why and could face penalties.

I have a suspicion that unders could restore the MOKAN/KState BFF relationship.

Even when Currie hires some guy that we have either never heard of or are disappointed in, I will still suspect that he is simply a two year patch in a leaky boat that will just have to hold until our new elite yacht is finished and ready to cruise party cove.

I will completely lose it if we hire Jank or Henson, and if we hire Underwood, it had better be after we get told no by at least three other candidates.

I think we should hire oscar Pearl to a 5 year deal, paying him only $1 million per year for his first 2 years. Sign Jay Bilas to a two year deal at $1 million per year to be the associate head coach. Put Bilas in charge of recruiting, and he will have 2 years to learn the ropes from an elite coach. This will put Bilas in a position to go out and get a head coaching job of his own at a school he might actually want to go to, and we can pay oscar a competitive salary when Bilas leaves.

He signed 5 more top 100s in the next two years after the first 3 that Skip initially committed.  He would be great, get him on your list

Can we add Boyle to the mid group, if Undes is kept on as assistant HC?  Greenwalt would also need to stay and even given strong consideration.

That's the sole reason I'd be okay with Underwood. And he would have to retain at least two of the current staff members.

Theus train seems to be gaining some momentum. Can't tell if purely due to possible adorableness.
