imo.  not the only path in, nor would it be impossible to get in if they fail to do those.

but those are huge games with great talking points (don't want anyone to be "you can't get swept by cu and make the tourney", nor for mu to have clear separation from kstate as the two big 12 teams with mediocre conf records and strong out of conf schedules).

kenpom currently has kstate at 38% @ cu, and 51% vs mu.

definitely have to win at either CU or Nebraska. I'm counting on winning at home against ISU, MU, and OU. So if we beat either CU or Neb we are sitting pretty going into the tournament. probably only have to win the first game and we are in the tournament. I think 9 conf. wins total (including the big12 tournament) then we are in the tournament.

i thought about framing it as they have to beat mu and get one of the cu & nu roads.  but because of the talking point issue, i think it'd be a lot better to win at cu and lose at nu that the reverse.

vs mu is about as close to a must win as you can get when picking any one game out of seven remaining.  it's really important.
