according to undies, he can do well at a lower level on talent alone.  and if there's one thing nba owners don't give a crap about, it's what he did for frank martin.

not without precedent; didn't a female get between Brian "better than Steve" Henson and KSU basketball, and he eventually wound up with the girl and Washburn instead?

I want to wake up in a city that never sleeps, etc.

If somehow this rumor comes to fruition, I'm going to work like hell to try and walk-on at Washburn this fall.

Hi Blackmild.     Why do you always misspell "know"?

Don't know if it would be Washburn's first 5-star. I seem to remember some troubled New York playground legend who got shot playing there in the 90s.

Back in the mid 90s, the 'Bods had a 6-8 dude from PA that was a high major recruit before he had a felony drug convection and spent 8 or so years in prison.

Wall-E was out in the aggieville last night with Grudz, seemed to be enjoying himself and everything that the Manhattan nightlife brings.

Marques Hayden, possibly the most over-hyped player of the Woodridge era and now Wally, the most over-hyped player of the Martin era both head to Washburn. Is this the transfer equivalent of the Tropics pipeline to KSU?

I find it highly unlikely Wally plays for Washburn, just my opinion though.

Don't forget Brian Henson, maybe the most over-hyped player of the Dana Altman era.

Wow, you're right....the trifecta. You're welcome Washburn.

Having him not play the rest of this season and then waste a scholarship for the next two years would be the worst case scenario, imo.

I'd just be glad to know that he wants to be here and I don't have to be doubting it all the time. At least then, I could feel confident about my conclusions about Wally Judge at the end of his college career. If he still didn't develop into a player...it was on him. If he leaves and does well....then it's on the coaching staff.

I want Wally happy most of all.

Washburn had Dan Buie in the mid 90's.  Dude was big time out of HS and I think he played in the PAC-10.   Was incarcerated for illegal gun possession before ending up on WU campus.  He probably would have been the closest thing to a 5* guy if they would have had the rankings back in the early 90's.

Well wherever he ends up, he probably now will have a lot more free time to serve as an extra in the next "avatar" film.
