Pools are a pain in the ass unless you can afford to pay someone else to take care of it.

Hot tubs are the way to go.

Mods, please move this thread to the opposite day forum.  TIA

You mind disclosing the "good" community?

Loveland, OH.  The other is in West Chester, OH if you guys want to see what you can dig up to compare.  Pics would be helpful.

Although, the "good" part I was talking about is really limited to the particular neighborhood I was looking in.

West Chester mascot is the Lakota Thunderbirds (much better than Tigers)

Here's where it is on a map

i really like my place and i've got the smallest/junkiest house in a neighborhood that i absolutely love if that means anything. could have had a bigger/nicer house in a neighborhood i didn't really like. 100% sure that i made the right call. i vote block party place.

I revel in the fact that one day I will get to move into a neighborhood and drop the value of the surrounding houses almost immediately.

The one that has a pool or has the most potential to put a pool in.

Limestone is living with a pool and that's the rule.

2 things to make a pool easy to maintain: Salt system and automatic cleaner.  If anybody needs help with a pool or wants one, let me know.
