I'll guarantee that Michael Beasley flipped the crap out of those tires and never complained once. That's only part of the reason he was the best, and Wally Judge is just a disgruntled pussy.

Most strength and conditioning people now implement crazy stuff like flipping tractor tiles, carrying 50# sandbags, etc. into the workouts. Then I'm sure some of these things are used as punishment for being stupid as well.
